| Since the SECURS is not a universalistic-structured organization, it would be useful to specify the main requirements States have to meet in order to see their applications approved by the Committee:
1) The nation have to follow or inspire their actions to the ideals of the enlightened monarchy (in the case of a republican government, they have to follow a monarchist-friendly policy).
2) The nation have not to be too aggressive toward other nations.
3) No Communists/Nazis or other Totalitarian kinds of government.
Finally, after the Assembly will be effectively operational, a special session will define definitively and put in writing the requirements for Membership application.
