Rules and Procedures for the Founding Treaty

In this post are gathered all the rules and procedures related to the Founding Treaty and not contained in the Treaty itself:

1)After being accepted by the Membership Committee, ALL new Member States must ratify the text with an appropriate post.

2)For any kind of suggestion or proposal to change a part of the Treaty, the proponent have to open a topic in this section.
