Emergency Meeting: Crisis of Xikster and Voting

Honourable colleagues,
the government of New Tarajan, together with the governments of Casavarr and Antanares, officially opens this emergency meeting about the crisis occured in the territory of the Olygarchy of Kiun-de-Xikster consequently to the crisis of Amastice (link here: http://forum.nationstates.net/viewtopic.ph...939b0#p11346171)
As privately agreed between our governments, a combined fleet of the Royal Tarajan Navy and of the Casavarr Navy is en route toward Xikster, in order to completely isolate Bankampar with a total embargo.
For the moment, our forces are mobilized, too.
Given the seriousness of the situation and the unwillingness of Bankampar to search a diplomatic agreement, we request to the Assembly the activation of the 2 paragraph of the Article II of the Founding Treaty, believing in the possibility to declare the Jewish Monarchy of Bankampar as "Threat State", with all the consequences.

Cosidered the disrespectful actions Bankampar took against our attempt to peacefully solve the crisis and their arrogance, it seems that they have left us no choice. Casavarr votes for the motion to declare the Jewish Monarchy of Bankampar as a Rogue State.

Considered the situation, Antanares vote for the motion to declare the Jewish Monarchy of Bankampar as a Rouge State.
Also, Lord Baron, Military Advisor of His Highness the Prince, announce the mobilization of Antanares's Military Forces. 1st Fleet, lead by Admiral Kamirikov, commander of AMS Ariosto, is en route for follow the Casavarr-New Tarajan Task Force in its mission.
