Rules for the Assembly

Honourable colleagues,
to provide a better visibility to our organization, and rationalize the works of the Assembly, there will be new rules about its working:

- From now, the Assembly will meet every second week of the month, with a specific topic on the NationStates forum.

- During the periodical sessions, four/five main questions will be discussed by Member States, with a previously determined order.

- This thread will be devoted to the proposals, send by single or groups of Member States, of the questions to discuss, or to the request of an emergency meeting.

- The proposals will be endorsed by Member States before being submitted to the session, also establishing the order of the agenda.

This is all. I hope this new rationalization will be approved by all of you.
