His Enlightened Majesty, Lord Zerek De Reja, expresses concern about the current situation in Vinerstand. Accordingly to SECURS Treaty, the Grand Duchy of Casavarr is actively fighting against totalitarianism all over the world with any means necessary, including economic sanctions and military intervention. The Grand Duke would be pleased to rejoice with Vinerstand population in their freedom from the oppressive communist regime and in the establishment of a Provisional Government. However, we would not be able to send any sort of aid, since Vinerstand allignment towards totalitarian nations. If we will not receive a written declaration by Your Government, in which it promises to restore the pre-war order and not to succumb to the totalitarian temptation, Casavarr would not do anything but recieving Your refugees.
