WORLD ASSEMBLY PROPOSAL INTERVENTION: Repeal "Permit Male Circumcision"

Honourable colleagues,
the Office of the Secretariat wishes to inform all member States that also participate to the World Assembly that actually our Permanent Representation is deeply committed in the advancement and defense of a proposal of resolution repealing the WA Reasolution #141 "Permit Male Circumcision".
It is our strong belief that the ban of such inhuman practice would advance the level of human rights in all country.
But the situation is difficult. So, we ask to all Member States to support our defense of this proposal.
