| As President of the Assembly, the Grand Duke and Supreme Rector of the Universities, Lord Zerek De Reja, summons a special session of the Assembly on January 25th, concerning a SECURS treaty modification.
The vote will regard:
1) Modifying the I Statement of the Preamble in: "To affirm their faith in an enlightened way of government, as the only way to promote security and prosperity, away from the dangers, violences and suffering caused by all kinds of revolution."
2) Changing the II Statement of the Preamble in: "To condemn totalitarianism, in all its forms, as an abomination of ideology, and the extreme threat to the future of mankind."
3) Erasing the III Statement of the Preamble.
